This old fools are so much frustrated with their wife’s that they are coming up with such weird ideas. Their Wife’s are not able to tolerate them on weekend’s so these fools are coming with such plans . We are already working 10-12 hrs a day, now they are after our lifes. On this our pays are also being reduced….

One day I truly believe the rupee will appreciate and these companies will make us work like donkeys. And donkeys know not, days of the week. We would have to relinquish our families,all worldly pleasures and our homes. They don’t have any efficient or innovative means of making profits other than get people to toil for them all day and all night.

This is too much. Just to gain popularity and his/her status in the company some advisors and HR reps are doing these hypes. Already some companies are working for 9 hours and making it 6 days a week would be just like getting more work done (54 hours per week) – more than a from that of a dumb animal.
This is not a good thing to bring in w.r.t to the employees health and personal life point of view.
Already the s/w employees are stressed out with the 5 days work and goinh ahead with this 6 days concept it would be just HELL.
May be the Government should start checking into this and help these poor chaps. Also why not the software gaints think about having talks with proper people who think of both the business and also about people.
Manager level people – please think as HUMAN BEINGS, just to get some extra bucks in your appraisals you should not butcher people.
