Wipro to share fake resumes with other companies
This looks like the first time an Indian IT company is doing it. Well, I am not supporting faking your resumes, but when companies ask 27 years of experience in .NET and 17 years of SOA experience to job seekers who just stepped out of college what other choice do they have ?
As the next step, I would like to see this headline:
“Americian CIOs to share database of falsified claims by outsourcing vendors with competitors”
They(big companies) don’t want “Better” they want CHEAPER. If your in HR you should ask your H1B if they have say 10 years .NET If they say yes, show them the door.
