Diet update – Oct 10 2008

176.2 pounds as of today morning. I have found that the days on which I play or do exercise I lose approx. 2 pounds. On other days, the weight remains approximately the same. Total loss till today is something between 12 and 14 pounds. I am so happy 🙂
